Gloucester 3yrs PQE

Our client is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer with 3 years + pqe and a solid background in non-contentious work. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills and be capable of supervising other members of staff.

Ideally you will have previously dealt with the following areas of Employment law: -

* TUPE issues
* Executive appointments and severance
* Redundancy and trade union issues
* Absence management
* Discrimination (age, sex, race, religion, disability)
* Disciplinary matters
* Family friendly rights, staff consultation
* Employer obligations
* Company restructuring and reorganisation
* Representation at employment tribunals
