Our client, one of the world's largest law firms are currently recruiting an additional Employment Solicitor from 2 years PQE with respondent experience.
The candidate must have a sound knowledge and application of core employment laws specifically; unfair dismissal; redundancy; discrimination rights (sex, race, age, disability); working time; minimum wage; maternity and other family friendly rights.
The candidate must also be able to run and manage basic Employment Tribunal claims without supervision, as well as managing more complex claims with supervision.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic profile and experience from one of the top City or regional firms. In addition, candidates must be strong team-players and prepared to travel as required.
