You will be required to manage your own caseload dealing predominantly with claims, on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including unfair dismissal, redundancy, equal pay, contracts of employment etc.
You will be a qualified Solicitor with proven experience in managing a claimant caseload. In addition, you will have strong advocacy experience.
