This city firm has grown as solicitors to trade unions to one of the top law firms in the UK, presenting clients across a range of areas from personal injury work to commercial litigation; fraud and regulatory investigations, from employment to defamation and reputation management; and from clinical negligence to family law.

The role itself will include challenging, high quality work, focusing on confidently handling all aspects of employment and discrimination law, including executive dismissals/bonus disputes, whistleblowing and advice work. Good experience of ETs, contractual disputes, and dealing with senior executives will be beneficial and certainly expected of solicitors with greater proven PQE experience.

The successful candidate will have between 3-4 years PQE and excellent employment law knowledge. A proven track record of fee generation is essential. Litigation experience will be advantageous. Candidates must be committed to working for claimants only.
